Growing up..

We've reached a couple of milestones this past week......Jacy is now officially "crawling," in her army-style fashion, and Daxton is now officially potty trained! Yippee! Daxton was so funny about potty training. I was ready to give it up forever, and then one morning, he just decided that it was a good idea, and he's been doing great ever since. Several people had advised me that potty training doesn't really work until the child is ready, and I think they were right. Anyway, cutting back to only one child in diapers has been really nice! Jacy figured out how to hold her own bottle a week or so ago, and that has been nice too! I love my babies, but honestly, I am not a big fan of the first year of life. The more advances those little infants make, the happier I am! The more that they can do for themselves, the more we love eachother! Sad, but true. Anyway, here's the latest for your enjoyment...

I love the honesty! I'm coveting the potty trained-ness of your child!

I think she looks exactly like Ben's baby pictures. I can't get over it. Just imagine Ben with long hair, what a cutie!

I'm sooooo SO happy for you that Dax is potty trained!!! And I am with you 100....no 500% that I enjoy the kids much more when they get more independant!!! I love babies too, but I love them when they are one and older. :)
We really have a lot in common. Just thinking back to our conversation about being pregnant, the whole weight issue, ya know? And my love for cleaning and organizing.
My life is sooo good right now b/c I have my life back. I'll send you an email to explain.
Oh, and PS: I'm totally jealous you're at the pool everyday. You're going to HATE being back in UT (if that's where you come), after living in FL.
Cheers!
