March Madness

It happened. My parent's have officially sold their house, and we have to leave by April 1rst. I've been waiting to do this post until things were really final, so we've already found a place in Michigan that we're moving to at the end of the month. Ben has worked things out so that he has a week off to help us get out there. This will be move #6 in 5 years.......sigh. We're excited about the place that we found to move to though, and it will be nice to double the time that we're able to spend with Ben by cutting out his commute. For moving as much as we do, we really shouldn't have all of the crap we have. It gets old packing it up and then unpacking it, and then packing it up again. Oh well. It's short-term stress anyway. We'll have more updates as things unfold. Happy March Madness!

Well, sorry to hear that you have to move again! But that will be so much nicer to see Ben more. You seem to have a great attitude about it all. And 6 times? Sheesh. I feel for you!

Here you go again. I hope you're able to really settle into Michigan for awhile so you don't have to pack and unpack again anytime soon! You're such a trooper. I hope all goes well with the move and packing and everything.

I'd love to watch your cute kids for an afternoon so you can get some packing done "unassisted". My girls would love having some friends over. Seriously. Email me and let me know if there's a time that would work (anniekarren at yahoo dot com). Almost any MWF is good for me.

Can't wait to see pics of the new place.

Are you kidding me?!! I am so sad. I have loved having you close enough to hang out with! We need to make it happen a few more times before you go. :( What can I do to help? I AM happy that you will be able to spend more time with Ben though - that will be nice!!! Lets set some dates....

We are planning to come to Detroit at the end of the month to help out. Let me know details and what you want us to do when you get them.

Wow, it seems like every time I check things out you have dramatic news. I hope that everything works out well. Keep in touch, and remember we live in the same town your parents do:)

Wow. I stand by my claim that you really are Wonder Woman. Honestly, I'm so impressed at your ability to pick up and move where duty calls. I hope you end up loving your new place and can put some roots down for a while.

We'd love to come help on your packing day. They say many hands make light work. We love you guys and are sorry to lose you again!

JENNY! I'm so excited for you guys to move here! This is Erin - Mindy's little sister. :) I asked Ben today when you guys would be moving in because I would love to babysit for you while you are unpacking. And bring over dinner some time - you know how it is when all your kitchen stuff is still packed away, but it's dinner time.... :) I asked Mindy for your email today and she said she had a link to your blog on hers. So here I am. :) Can't wait for you to arrive. Did you know we have kids the same age - at least I think we do - mine are 3 1/2 and 15 months old. Pretty cool. :)
