Skiing

Dax and I ran out to Utah for a couple of days, and Dax hit the slopes for his first time. He did pretty well the second half of our half day after I figured out that his left boot wasn't on quite right and was probably putting a lot of pressure on his shin, oops.

Hawaii

We had a great trip to Hawaii last week. Thanks to the Clarks for letting us crash their trip. And thanks to Celeste for tending our kids. We have amazing families.

Family Flight

My family got to travel to Knoxville on the plane that I was flying. After spending the night with me in my hotel, they got to spend the weekend with Jen's sister Emily and her family.

Okay, so Nana has been hard at work helping us to beautify our home. Here are the before and after vidoes of the place. It has been an amazing transformation! Words that I would have used to describe our living room before Nana's help: Cold, old, uninviting, awkward, nauseating. Now the words that come to mind: Warm, friendly, cheerful, bright, happy, cozy. Nana, we love your guts! You really have a gift!
